The magic hour

Published in 1990, The magic hour is the first book in Lives of the Mayfair Witches trilogy.

The novel introduces readers to the series’ protagonist, Rowan Mayfair, as she struggles to come to terms with her family history and her own powers. Although the story itself is set in New Orleans in the 90s, the book takes the reader to several places as he explores the Mayfair family tree. Some of these places are San Francisco, Amsterdam, a French castle during the reign of Louis XIV. and 17th century Scotland, all combined to form a truly enchanting magical universe.

Lasher is a continuation Lives of the Mayfair Witches and is the second book in the trilogy. It was published three years later The magic hourin 1993.

The book is named after the demon of the same name that Suzanne Mayfair summoned many years ago. The demon stayed with the family and tormented them ever since. Rowan Mayfair is also in the spotlight Lasher.

Taltos it is the last book in the trilogy and was published just one year later Lasher1994. The last book that completes the story of the Mayfair witches is an exciting read, full of supernatural threats, demons, adventures, but also some family entanglements and romance.

Packed with plots, the trilogy will truly be a supernatural soap opera worth enjoying.
